    Week 9 Session 1: If you own all of my boxing sessions from my website then you will know this workout! This one is absolutely brilliant to take out doors. Session 2: A circuit suicide styled session. This particular has everyone working out on the same thing at the same time! Week 10 Session 1: I’ve called this session ping pong boxing haha it’s actually quite fun, we’ve all played similar games when we were young. Great penalty system that gives everyone a chance to get out of the hot zone! Session 2: Nice boxing session that gets the campers to punch for gold! Straight out boxing session Week 11 Session 1: This one is one of my favorites in my boot camp course. It’s just such a natural design and so easy to set up. If you had 12 or even 50 people in your boot camp, it’s still just as easy to set up! Session 2: With the same set up as before, we have a race to the finish! I love the design of this one! Remember, images are provided for every week of my course. Week 12 Session 1: Might as well kick it up another knotch. Again a high intense resistance session. You have rests allocated but after that it’s work, work, work! Session 2: Again, an awesome HIIT session to end the 12 week course.

    Week 5 Session 1: Cone games 1 - Simple cone flipping game that has been used in schools around the world. Easy to set up. Session 2: Cone games 2 - Nice competition styled game, also a cone flipping session Session 3: Cone games 3 - This one was the best out of them all. Extremely hard and it has the campers constantly working to try and knock another team out! Easy to set up. Week 6 Session 1: A zig-zag styled session with selected exercises at each station. This one was a little fun because i made it fun. I’ve explained what i did here so that you can copy what i did. Session 2: Campers work in two’s to win the race from one side of the field to the other! Once you reach the end, there it doesn’t stop there, there it more to do! Week 7 Session 1: Round 1 of a simple boxing & exercises session. Session 2: Round 2 of a simple boxing & exercises session Week 8 Session 1: High intense weight training again. Home made sand bags would be handy here or if you have dumbbells or kettlebells then that's even better! Session 2: HIIT Boxing session - cardio, cardio and more cardio!

    Week 1 Session 1: A great team building exercise game using body weight exercises and fun! You easily set up some cone markers and away you go. Session 2: We use the same cone markers for a round of boxing! Very simple, very effective and a great way to end the day. Week 2 Session 1: Military styled fun run with several great ideas to do in the run. Any trainer can organise a fun run for their campers, it's what you do during the run that makes a difference. My ideas rock! Loads of people were watching us which brought attention to my boot camp =) Session 2: A boxing competition game! Very simple and a lot of fun! Extremely easy to set up and easy to explain to your campers. Week 3 Session 1: ZOMBIES VS HUMANS! - An awesome pairs running game! And also pretty freaking hilarious to watch! The rules are simple, plenty of exercises to do and the element of fear is 100% there. Some of my campers were screaming during this. Session 2: ZOMBIES VS HUMANS! - Who will win? Humans or Zombies? Only teamwork and a sound plan of attack will tell.. Week 4 Session 1: Since it's week 4, I think it's time for some high intense training here. Be sure to sleep well the night before! Session 2: I don't think you've ever done so much cardio like you will in this session. High intense cardio is where it's at.
