Workout 2
“Fall & Rise” this workout was accidental. Seriously! I didn’t realise how much of a workout the padder got! While the boxer is getting a 100% workload, the padder is getting about 80%!! This is one of the good ones. Tried it myself with the class and it burnt me out.

Workout 3
“From start to finish” If you stop, i’ll smash ya!!!! I’ve been doing this workout with all my personal training clients and decided to bring it into the class with a 100% “I’m smashed” rate. Slightly adapted for the class but the main concept is there.

Workout 4
“The creepy workout” A Halloween workout! Nice and simple with some creepy souls roaming around and laughing about i might add! You need to start this workout with a SCREAM! ★ FREE small educational video is included to help you with this workout.
