Excellent course. For a first timer like me this explains everything i need to do. It gives me forms which i didn’t think about. It has games and circuits so many images and video images too! Didn’t think it will be so many examples but he covered all exercises in the course. I even had a skype chat with tommy about other ideas for the course. Well worth the money and he is extremely helpful

This is a perfect all round course for my booty boot camp! Printable images are a nice touch and are all there ready for printing. He has gif images in here too which shows me how to do the exercise listed in the course. Legal forms are very handy too especially the safety brief and the attendance forms. 10/10
